Gorillaz — NOSTALGIAZ

'MAKES THE FIRST 25 YEARS FEEL LIKE 9,131 DAYS' - it's cryptic, but given that 'Tomorrow Comes Today', the first official single from the behemoth musical/art collaboration Gorillaz was released 25 years ago this year, it looks like something might be brewing. Regardless, this video serves as a reminder of everything achieved by Damon Albarn & Jamie Hewlett & a reminder of how old we're all getting.

Iness Rychlik — 'Grace'

Iness Rychlik is a Polish-born artist dedicated to visual storytelling & recognised for her dark surreal self-portraits. Her most recent portfolio addition, 'Grace', continues this trend and features self-made art which she states was 'inspired by the botanical drawings of William Morris'.

Yung Hsuan Wang — Collecting Candles

Yung Hsuan Wang, a Taiwanese artist based in London, is 'personal space and memories through elements of nature, myths, abstract forms, and colour compositions.'

'Headpieces' is a collection of hats & headpieces created by millinery-specialised costume designer Nine Van Weert. This unique collection highlights just a snapshot of the 'fantasylike' designs associated with Nine's work.

Featured in our very own Maker Series is Rob Mcdougal's DOP work for post-rockers Another Sky & their music video for 'The Pain.' Alongside director Darina Darina, this was one of a multi-release-collaboration between the DOP & the band.
